La Casa de Esperanza, Inc - Waukesha, Wisconsin

La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. (La Casa) was founded in 1966 and, since then, has grown to become the largest provider of weatherization services in the State of Wisconsin. In 2010, IDL Solutions, Inc., an information technology services firm, began working with La Casa to deploy the Weatherization Administration & Reporting Manager (WARM). WARM is a web-based application designed specifically for the community action agency to help manage and automate various weatherization business processes to make project management more efficient. WARM provides a complete customer view to La Casa’s administrative and management staff to improve Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) oversight and exceed federal performance standards. In addition, WARM provides La Casa a means to streamline workflow by reducing paperwork and improving productivity and accuracy. This in turn will help reduce costs by increasing efficiencies and simplifying processes managing inventory, equipment, work crews, and contractors. IDL works closely with the agency throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure that all agency requirements are fully met.

Hartford Community Development Authority (HCDA) - Hartford, Wisconsin

In early 2008 IDL was approached by the Hartford Community Development Authority (HCDA). IDL was challenged to provide a mission critical Web Application that allowed the HCDA the ability to more efficiently manage customer relationship aspects of the Division of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program. IDL was responsible for the entire development lifecycle of this project, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Couleecap - Westby, Wisconsin

In 2009 IDL began working with Couleecap to develop a web application to help manage and automate various business processes for their Weatherization Assistance business. The finished application provides transparency through one-touch, real-time access to all phases of the weatherization process and reduce costs by managing customer records, inventory, equipment, work crews and contractors. More, the system will provide Couleecap a means to report accurate job costs to the State to meet federal regulation. IDL was responsible for the entire development lifecycle of this project, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
