Technology Business Analyst

IDL Solutions, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Technology Business Analyst. The full-time position is located in Germantown, WI.

The primary responsibilities of the Technology Business Analyst are to design business information systems, incorporate new technical systems to improve client company work-flow, production, efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for taking requirements from clients and internal product management and while working with the development team refining and translating them into detailed design specifications that support the overall product strategy. The Technology Business Analyst will work with clients as well as stakeholders from several business units to ensure functionality meets the needs of our client base. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Actively manages scope and budget on multiple projects and manages resources in accordance with project schedules.

Requirements are as follows:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years in requirements and Business Process Engineering
Experience capturing functional requirements and representing them in diagrams and documents
Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must
Ability to understand, recommend and optimize business processes
Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
Experience leading requirements sessions with multiple stakeholders
Familiar with JAD/RAD development methodology a plus
PMP, ITIL certifications a plus
