WARM goes International

IDL Solutions’ WARM Software helps fee-for-service weatherization agencies improve efficiencies

Germantown, WI—FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE—IDL Solutions, Inc., (IDL) announced today the deployment of WARM at EnviroCentre, a non-profit organization that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by delivering cost-effective energy-efficiency goods and services in Ontario, Canada. In addition to providing fee-for-service residential and commercial energy audits and weatherization services, EnviroCentre delivers low-income programs, including the installation of free energy-efficiency devices to income eligible households.

IDL worked onsite with EnviroCentre to assist in training, preparing, and deploying the new business platform with its users. Providing such support ensured quick adaptation of the new workflow, increased productivity, and built confidence for its users as they began using the system for the first time -- integral to the long-term success of the investment. Melanie Johnston, who oversees Wx operations at EnviroCentre, immediately recognized the value of the workflow software and joyfully anticipates “increased efficiency of processes” as well as “consolidated and quick access to data”.

WARM provides a place where the Wx community influences the product used to manage Wx operations, improving efficiencies on a regular basis through new releases made available via the Cloud. The evolution of the system based on user feedback is what makes the WARM system a success.
