The Trinity Staffing Group needed a business management tool that could collect and organize data. The company was faced with the challenge of taking large volumes of information and using this information to make intelligent, strategic decisions in the most efficient manner possible.  IDL was tasked to analyze Trinity’s needs and provide a company-wide data information management solution.

     We began our effort by talking to each of the groups to determine the issues that they had at each branch office. We found that after talking with each group they were underlying issues that were similar to all branches. We then formulated a strategy strictly considering the technical objectives that needed to be completed and presented them to the client for review. The client commented and we finalized on the technical objectives that were required.

     We categorized technical objectives into a flow of activities. We organized the effort in such a way that many tasks could be done simultaneously to save on valuable time. Our plan also identified the resources required to complete the effort from both an internal staff and contracting perspective. The customer was presented with the plan and was extremely pleased at our structured and organized approach to their issues. We consequently were tasked to implement our strategies and continue to do so today.
